The key term for the Festival’s third edition was ‘temperature’, signifying the warmth of connection, the coldness in isolation, the heat of passion, and even the chill of modern anxieties. The Festival was meant to deliver an important message — the temperature exists not only in the thermometer, the weather forecast, and nature, but in our society. On the festival poster, the Chinese character of ‘three’ in purplish tones was used as a pattern to amplify the contrast of temperature, sharpening the bold orange colour used in the background.
On 16 May 2025, ‘Infinites Frames 2025: Temperature’ was successfully held at Tai Kwun. A wide range of excellent short films were appreciated by the audience at the Tai Kwun Laundry Steps. The screening was conducted under a free and dynamic atmosphere.
